in the box and send also these two books if you can get them at Gutherie's in time if not I will write again & have them sent by rail: viz Greene's Companion to Ollendorff's French Grammar ($1.50); and Spiers and Surenne's Pronouncing French Dictionary, abridged, $3.00 both published by Appleton. If you haven't the money for these things you can get trusted and pay when I can send a draft next May. I enclose a letter for a German book if you can get it at Gutherie's, have him send it to me by mail, if not, then mail this letter immediately. Possibly Dr.Ward would like to buy our house if you wish to sell or failing to sell you could possibly rent to fair advantage until it is sold If you sell get 1/2 down at least and the balance as soon as possible and give a deed upon the completion of the payments by which time I might be home and the full title given. Don't show the cellar where it is full of water. I think it more than likely that I will be home next Sep't or October; however I will not know definetily myself until Spring perhaps May or June.
