Ann Arbor Friday Oct. 69 Dear Mother; I recieved your welcome letter this evening A nice long letter it was and all of the same manufactury will be highly appreciated. I am alway glad to hear from home even if you do not want to answer all my questions and am obliged for your answering the one inquiring about Mr B. B. Viets though I saw him yesterday at college for the first time; he said he had been in town about two weeks. He has entered the Law Department and has given up his course at college which he said he did through the advice of
