5 o clock pm wee had orders to march so wee started went over the coldwater on the pontoon Bridge and marched 5 miles in the mud a good many of the boys in every company throwed their napsacks and Blankets away wee was ordered to halt and front and the boys was chereing in front and wee expected wee was going to have a fight but wee were disap a curier came and said the advance came upon the camp of the enemy about 10 miles from here
