& take heed you put in none of the cores, & let them boile simpering, & as much as you can, keepe them covered: But when it begins to thicken, you must never leave beating it with the Ladle, & an edged stick, till it bee ready to boxe up. You may put in three or foure spoonefulls of Rosewater if you will.
