52 Directions for Making C[rouq]... Mix a table Spoonful of curry po[wder] into a pint of broth, take a couple of onions, thin [?] & frey them in fresh butter of a fine [illegible] color. Then pour the mixed broth unto your saucepan, with the fried onion & add to it the meat, cut in pieces & let the whole boil for an hour
