50 strained off from the turmeric & ginger put into it long pepper & mustard seed of each 2 Ounces make 2 Oz of Mustard fit for use & throw into your -- Pickle take a whole white Cabbage cut it in 2 salt it 3 days then dry it in the Sun & put it into your -- Pickle all other Vegetables & fruits may be done in the same way. N:B If you want to use it soon you had better Boil the Vinegar and pour it on your ingredients hot (2 ozs of Turmeric will do it being rather a dear ingrediant you may add Cayan peper if you like high
