While it is soaking together, heat up 4 eggs, leaving out 2 whites; melt an ounce of butter & mix all well together, trim & edge a dish with puff paste, pour in the above & bake in a quick oven for 3/4 of an hour. Cake Puddings Weigh 2 eggs in their shells, the same weight of powdered sugar flour & butter. Beat the butter to a cream, & mix the butter & sugar together, then add the flour, & afterwards the eggs: having previously beaten them very well, this done, let all be beaten well together.
