morning, then boil the Rhubarb with other 2 lbs of sugar about 3 hours, or till has given up throwing up any scum. The syrup boiled alone with 1/2 lb more sugar makes a nice clear jelly. Gooseberry Moulds. Dissolve 1/2 oz of gelatine in a little cold water. Stew a quart of green gooseberries & rub through a sieve. Mix all together & sweeten to taste, & put it into a mould. Serve with boiled Custard.
