Hemorhoidal Ointment Opium — 2 Dr Camphor — 2 " Acetate of lead ½ oz Lard — ½ lb For sore Mouth Acetate of Lead — 12 grs Catechic — 2 Dr Barley Water 1½ oz [Diabate?] after bleeding & purging Pulv Uva Ursi — 1 scru Peruvian Bark — 1 " Opium — ½ gr Drink 2 ozs Lime water after each Dose it should be taken 4 time a Day Syrup for Night Sweats Bark of Sweet Fern Root 2 oz Water — 4 lb Boil to 1 qt and add sitric acid Loaf Sugar — 4 oz
