Torte Cake 1 lb hazel nuts 1 cup sugar 1 doz. eggs seperated 1 lemon rind 2 tlbsp bread crumbs. Shell nuts then grind. Beat egg yolks with rotary beater. Add sugar continue beating with beater. Add crumbs and lemon rind, beat thoroughly. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, in 2---9 inch greased pans. Mrs. Mary Talabay Leader
