Banana Cream Pie 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups milk 2 tlbsp cornstarch 2 to 3 egg yolks 2 tlbsp flour 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt Blend sugar cornstarch, flour and salt. Add hot milk. Cook over low heat, stiring constantly until thickened. Add egg yolks. Cook 1 minute longer. Stir in vanilla. Cover bottom of baked pastry shell with sliced bananas.
