Sour Cream Raisin Cake. 1 cup sour cream 1 " sugar 2 eggs 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 cup raisins 1 teaspoon cinnamon " " nutmeg 1/2 " cloves 1 " vanilla Mix - sugar with sour cream Add - beaten egg yolks Mix - and sift flour, soda, salt and spices and combine with the cream and sugar. Add - raisins and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
