Uncooked Fudge 4 sq unsweetened cooling chocolate 1 lb confectioners sugar 3 tbsp evaporated milk 1 " melted butter 1 egg slightly beaten 1 tsp vanilla Melt the chocolate add the sugar, milk, butter, egg salt and vanilla and beat until creamy. Turn in greased pan Cut in squares 1 cup walnut meats Makes 1 1/2 lbs.
