Macaroni Corner Dish. Soak the macaroni in milk till sufficiently tender to cut in pieces about 1/2 inch long then place them nicely in a mold that has been well buttered & let it stand a night. Pound & season highly any kind of meat the macaroni must be steamed about 4 hours but the meat need not be put in till half an hour before dishing with some nice gravy in the dish.
