Small Rice Cakes 1/4 lb ground Rice 2 oz of flour 2 oz dripping 3 oz powdered Sugar, to be mixed together and then divided into 3 parts & seasoned according to taste with different spices. If for company add 2 1/2 oz of Butter instead of dripping + the white of an egg to mix it with instead of water. To be rolled out + cut into small shapes.
