Orange Tarts Weigh an equal quantity of Seville oranges and loaf sugar; take the juice and pulp, rub the rinds inside and out with salt. Boil the quarter of a pound of sugar, 2 eggs, the rind and jice of one lemon, nutmeg and sweetmeats; half a pint of milk, 60 grains of carbonate of soda, dissolved in a tablespoonful of milk.
