Bramble Jelly Stove the fruit 15, or 20 minutes, then strain through a sive or cloth, put in the sugar, one pound to each pint of juice. Add a teaspoonful of cream of tartar to four or five pounds of sugar and let all boil from 20 to 25 minutes
