Potatoe Flour Muffins 1 cup Potatoe Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon sugar beat yolks of 2 eggs seperately from whites to yolks add 1 tablespoon ice water sift flour into this then add whites (Beaten). Beat until runny. heat tins put dough in and bake 20 minutes
