Rhode Island Corn Cake - Mrs Bradley 2 cups R.I meal scalded with boiling water - only enough to wet it. Then wet with milk - add a little salt and butter the size of an egg - spread thin on well buttered tins - Bake in a hot oven until brown on top. Before putting in oven put small pieces of butter on top - Aug. 1918
