(1) Salade Dressing - 6 Tablespoons cooked drissing 3 " Chilly sauce - also - above with- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped fine - use on lettuce or with vegatables (2) Salade Dressing 1/3 white sauce 1/2 Wesson Oil 1/2 Olive oil Note 2 egg yolks makes 1 pt of mayonnaise dressing - Mix seasoning with yolks - add 1 tablespoon of vinegar - before any oil (3) Boiled Dressing 2 tablespoon vinegar - boil - 1 egg beaten with 1/2 cup milk or cream - 1 teaspoon cornstarch pepper - 1 teaspoon salt - Butter
