Salmon Loaf 1/4 1 can 1 lb salmon 1/4 1 c fine bread crumbs 1/4 1 or 2 egg slightly beaten 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 4 tbsp melted butter Shred the salmon & remove all bones & skin. To the beaten egg add the crumbs, seasonings, & melted butter. Mix well together. Pack in a buttered mold & steam 1 hr or bake
