Food Value of Bread crumbs. 3 oz - 239 calories of which 34 are from protein 11 " fat 194 from cbho Griddle Cakes 2 c sweet milk 3 c crumbs - level 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp suger 1 egg Sufficient sweet milk to wet the crumbs, then add the other ingredients + whip with egg beater. Add 2 tsp B. P + bake on hot griddle. The quality of bread crumbs varies so much that more or less liquid than given may be necessary.
