Sour Cream Pie with Dates 1 c chopped dates 1 c sour cream 1/4 tsp salt 1 c sugar 1 egg 1 tsp flour Beat the egg well + add to it the sugar + flour mixed together; add the cream, dates + salt. Bake between 2 crusts. Enough for 1 small pie.
