20 Snow Pudding 1/2 box of Cox's Gelatine dissolved in a little cold water. add 1 p't of boiling water 2 Cups of sugar and the juice of 2 fresh lemons when cool add the whites of 4 eggs and beat until very light Make a soft custard of the yolks of the eggs and one more. and 1 1/2 pints of milk--sweeten & flavor to taste.
