Tapioca Pudding Soak overnight 4 tbls tapioca 1 qt milk let it come to a boil. Put in Tapioca & let it boil ten minutes. Add yolks 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, & let boil 5 minutes more. Put in dish, beat whites of eggs stiff with 3 tbls sugar. Brown in oven. Coffee Cake 2 eggs 1 teasp. cloves 2 cups sugar 1 teasp cinnamon 1 cup cold coffee 1 teasp nutmeg 3/4 cup butter 1 teasp cream tartar 3 cups flour 1/2 teasp soda Mrs. G.C. Burnham.
