Fruit may be added Ginger Cake 6 lbs Flour. 3 lbs Honey boiled 1 1/2 lbs Sugar - 1 1/2 lbs Butter 8 Eggs. a Glass of Brandy. Some Pearlash. Ginger. Cloves Orange Peel & Caraway seed made fine. Baked in large Pans
