Cornstarch Pudding 2 4 cups milk 3 3 tesp. sugar 1 1 egg 1 1/2 3 tablespoon corn starch Pinch salt Boil. Choc Pudding After 1 pt. of milk has come to a boil 1 tablespoon corn starch 2 tablespoon grated choc 1/2 tesp. sugar Boil till thick. Custard Pudding 2 cups milk 2 eggs well beaten 1/2 cup sugar Lemon extract Put in little cups + set in pan of hot water and bake in oven till thick. Potatoe Pudding 2 cups smashed potato 2 eggs well beaten 1/2 cup sweet milk 1/2 tesp. salt 1 saltspoon pepper 3 tablespoons melted butter Bake 1/2 hour Strawberry Pudding 1 Bx. Lemon Jell-o 1 Bx. Strawberries 2 tablespoon cream White of 1 egg Put jell-o in 1 cup of boiling water + let part get stiff Mash strawberries let stand with sugar Maple Custard 1 1/2 cup milk 3 eggs 3 tesp. sugar 6 tesp. maple syrup. Bake like custard
