73 Potatoes Creamed potatoes 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour Mix together 1 cup milk let get thick then put in your potatoes. Put in double boiler. Scalp. potatoes 1 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon flour 1/4 pt. milk cooked Slice boil potatoes Put in layers, salt, pepper, bake. Fried potatoes Pare potatoes cut in half, lengthwise & grease to cover bottom of pan salt & pepper. Bake 3/4 of an hour. Baked potatoes half shell. 6 smooth potatoes Bake 1 hr, then cut ends. take out insides & smash. 2 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon milk. Whites of 2 eggs Pepper & salt. Put back in shells, bake 8 min. in very hot oven. Scap. potatoes Cheese make sauce & slice potatoes & put layer of cheese & layer of potatoes. Lyonnas potatoes. 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 pt. cold boiled potatoes Slice or cut in disks
