83 Fish Salmon in mould 1 can salmon 2 eggs well beaten 1/2 cup bread crumbs Salt 4 tablespoon melted butter Bake 1/2 hour. Sauce for salmon 1/4 pt. milk 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon flour Yellow of hard boiled egg chopped fine Baked fish. Clean & wipe fish. Rub with salt Dredge with flour Taste often Bake 1/2 hour
