84 Ban Filling Pie 1/3 c sugar 1 c. milk 1 egg 1/2 t. vanilla Let come to a boil then disolve 2 T. cornstartch in cold water add when thick take from fire when cool. add 2 or 3 ban sliced. serve with whipped cream Choc Pie 1 pt milk, leave out 1/2 cup. grated choc 2 oz = 2 squares. yolks of 2 eggs. 1 c sugar (scant) 2 T. flour and 1 T. corn starch boil untill thick. add a pinch salt. serve with merg or whipped cream. [Seda?] [Oster fund?]. Graham cracker Pie 16 graham crackers crushed fine 1/4 # butter soften pack in pie tin on bottom and sides leaveing some for top, then put in apple sauce. cover with mixture and bake. serve with whipped cream. Very good. Sour Cream Pie 1 c. sour cream 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 T. vinegar 1/2 t salt. 1/2 t each cin., cloves & nut meg. bake in lower and upper crust. oh yes 1 c. currants I have used dates.
