87 Yeast Cake Boil six potatoes in 1 qt of strong hops tea When soft mash them fine. When luke warm add one cup of flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon ginger 1 cup yeast Set in warm place to rise. When light stir in corn meal till quite thick, let rise over night, then mould in small cakes & dry in the shade
