Miss [Siberte Ching?] Ice cream 3 qts of cream 1 qt of new milk 1 1/2 lbs of sugar to the gallon 2 big tablespoonfulls of corn starch cook the sugar in the milk also the corn starch. Strain when cooled beat the mixture - pouring the cream in gradually - flavor to taste. Blackberry cordial - Take one qt of juice - 1 lb of white sugar. 1/2 pt of the best brandy - Boil 20 minutes then bottle. Aunt Tillie
