Perry Pudding 3 tablespoonsfull of melted butter mixed with 1 cupful of sugar, 1 egg well beaten, 1 pt of flour, 2 teaspoons of cream of tarter in the flour, 1 of soda in 1 cup of sweet milk. Bake in a dish 1/2 hour, serve hot with wine sauce for dinner or eaten cold as a cake.
