Bread Pudding 1/2 pt bread crumbs 1qt milk shake of salt 4 eggs yolks & whites beaten separately sugar & season to taste Bring milk to boil. Pour over bread crumbs. Let stand an hour in warm place. Beat in yolks. Then fold in whites. Put in pan of boiling water & into a hot oven. Bake slowly 3/4 of an hour.
