Saving...
43 Saturday April 3rd 1875. I went down town very early this morning with Ira in the waggon. I went to Mrs Beechers to see the new girl baby that was born Wednesday It is an awful cute little thing I did not stay there long but went up town again. I got me a new corset and some notions. Went to the gallery and got a negative taken for some photographs. When I got through there I went down to Etts where I stayed till after dinner. Will brought me out home. I sewed on my dress the rest of the afternoon and evening. I am getting on finely with my dress. This morning I got a letter from Charlie and in the evening a long letter and a picture from My mysterious correspondant. Uncle came home today, and Miss Minnie Lomas from Normal come with him. Sunday April 4th 1875. The other girls went to church with uncle this morning. But I thought I would stay at home and write letters. In the course of the day I wrote to Mother and Lou Reeves and Anna Gilbert. Tom and Ett came out home before dinner.
