Saving...
69 Sunday June 13th 1875. It rained nearly the entire day. It was late before we got the morning work done and as we got three meals it kept us busy most of the day. I wrote a letter to Cousin Laura. After supper Hattie and I went over to Mollies intending to stay a few moments. But it was nine oclock when we got home. Monday June 14th 1875. We did not wash today I got a little time to sew in the morning besides helping with the work Mother and I were invited to Fletchers to supper. We went and had a real pleasant visit. In the evening after I came home I worked on my tidy. This has been a real pleasant day. A postal card from T.O. Baker. Tuesday June 15th 1875. I did a large washing today and it looked so nice. After dinner I did lots of scrubbing and cleaning up and had only got my dress changed when Hatt came from school. Her and I went to town together as soon as she could get ready. We got some groceries. And I got a new vocal duet for her and I to sing. We had a great time and "Old Jack" played us sich a trick so we were starting home
