86. Sunday July 25th 1875. I done nothing but help with the work and about the dinner this morning. After dinner I changed my dress and all hands went down to the hill to watch the procession which was to pass from Coral-ville. It was immense. there was 170 vehicles passed. Mr Sackett was over in the afternoon and Hatt and I walked back over town with him. We called at Connots. After we came home we helped with the evening work. I wrote to Billy Reed today. Monday July 26th 1875. I began the first thing this morning to work on the dresses. I got them nearly done by noon Hattie and I partly packed things in the afternoon. Between four and five oclock I walked over to town. Mother was over in the buggy and I rode home with her.. We got some notions. I sewed a little after I came home. As soon as I ate my supper I went up stairs to finish my packing. I found that the things would not go in the small trunk so I emptied the things out of my large trunk and put them in that. Mr Sackett and Cousin Anna were over a little while in the evening. It was ten oclock before we were ready for bed. Winnie sat up.
