Saving...
35 Thursday March 23rd 1876 It took most of the forenoon to get the work all done up. Hattie was not at all well. We visited in the afternoon. Went to bed early. Friday March 24th 1876. It snowed all day long I never saw the like of that before so late in the winter. We did nothing but the work and visited. Charlie intended to go back today but we would not listen to it. He will stay now till Monday. Saturday March 25th 1876. Late when we got up this morning and it took all day to do the work. Ella McCallister came in the afternoon to stay all night. There was none of us tried to go to the social but Rob. But we had a little family dance before he started. It was late we got started to bed. The weather some better today. Sunday March 26th 1876. We just visited all day. It was too muddy to go to church. Winnie came over in the afternoon and stayed till nine oclock. Jim
