Saving...
49 Saturday April 29th 1876. I finished Otto's shirts this morning and after dinner my dress. Aunty Walker was here a few moments in the afternoon. At five oclock I went over to McCalls and took a supper there I saw Dr Moon he says grandpa is quite sick When I got home just at night I met Mr Bently and Hattie coming to meet me. Mr Bently gave me a letter from Mr Chase. I practiced a little in the evening. Sunday April 30th 1876. Mother and Hatt went to the valley this morning I did up the work and wrote a letter to Mary Murphy After I got the dinner work up I talked awhile with Mr Hersey. I only began to write a letter to Will when Jim Folsom drove up and asked me to take a buggy ride. We went up the river And did not get home till supper time I found Mother and Hattie already at home. They report grand-pa some better I finished my letter to Will in the evening It has been nearly cold enough for winter today.
