Saving...
88. Sunday July 30th 1876. I wrote a letter to Al in the morning and got the dinner all myself. Mother and Rob went to church. In the afternoon Lou and I took a drive to the cemetery. We called at McCalls as we came home. After supper Rob and Lou went horse back riding. Jim Folsom, Ella McCall and Walter spent the eve here. Monday July 31st 1876. Our work did not amount to any-thing at all in the forenoon. And soon after dinner all three of we girls dressed and went over to McCalls where we spent a delightful afternoon and ate a splendid supper. We came home before night. It was late before the boys came in from the field so we were late getting the work done up. We went to bed early. I wrote a letter to Charlie in the morning and mailed it with a lot of others this evening.
