Saving...
112. Monday October 9th 1876 Hatt did a large washing this forenoon and I cleaned up the house good. I did some more house-work after dinner. I sat down after three oclock nearly tired to death. At nearly five Lizzie Lindley came and I went down with her. Rob and Hatt came down at night and we spent a pleasant eve. Tuesday October 10th 1876. We did the ironing this forenoon I began to fix Father some shirts I sewed till supper time. I knit all the evening. Wednesday October 11th 1876 I helped do the work and sewed a little in the forenoon and in the afternoon Hatt went to the valley on horse-back. I sewed a little at night. Ann Palmer spent the afternoon here. Thursday October 12th 1876. I helped do the work and sewed a stitch when I had a chance. We sent dinner to the field. The boys all went to town to see the Tilden demonstration. Weather pleasant.
