Saving...
151 Monday February 5th 1877 I did not feel so very well this morning I helped with the work and in the afternoon I worked on my skirt. After supper I sat down to read a few moments and it was twelve oclock before I stopped. Weather mild. I had a letter from Lou today. Tuesday February 6th 1877 We did up the work and helped get dinner and dressed before dinner to go to Mrs Nelsons funeral. Baily went with we girls and [illegible] we went down after Winnie. Miss Chaplin preached the sermon. Hatt went to Wins and stayed till evening when she went to the lecture with Pottle. I did a little shopping and made a call at Esthers before I came home. I read all the evening. Wednesday February 7th 1877. I did a monstrous washing this forenoon. Win spent the afternoon here and Pete came over before supper and spent the evening. Mother went to McCalls in the afternoon and came home in the evening. I had a letter from Lizzie Lindley.
