192. Thursday May 31st 1877 I began sewing early this morning and worked all the day and evening on Hatts dress she helped me all the time she had aside from doing the work. Mother went to town in the forenoon. Friday June 1st 1877. I sewed till four oclock in the afternoon to finish Hatts dress. I then went to town to get stuff to fix me a dress. Mother had supper ready when I got home I helped do up the work and then cut out my waist. Hatt went with Mr Cattrell to Mt Vernon and will not be home till tomorrow. Weather pleasant after the rain of last night. It was six years today since Pete and I attended the [Catton?] picnic. Saturday June 2nd 1877. I helped do up the work and baked a couple of cakes. I worked awful hard on my dress waist and got it done after supper There was a picnic in the grove today Hatt got home at two oclock this afternoon.
