216 Friday July 27th 1877. I was sick all day. The Dr was over to see me in the afternoon. Weather warm. Saturday July 28th 1877. I felt very much better this morning and did some little sewing. Mother went to town in the afternoon and Hatt and I went over to Winnies in the evening. Sunday July 29th 1877. Mother and Otto went to the valley to spend the day. I put in a good part of my time before dinner doing house-work And wrote a letter to Miss Lewis in the afternoon. Winnie was over to supper and after supper Rob and I took a horse-back ride. Monday July 30th 1877. We girls did a big washing this forenoon. Soon after dinner Rob took me over town in the buggy. We took supper with Winnie. I came home then and She and Rob went out to Fairalls to a party. I brought Harry Reid home tonight. Weather warm, but pleasant.
