Saving...
223. Friday August 17th 1877. I began sewing early this morning. I made Rob a couple of shirts and in the afternoon we girls partly made the carpet for one of the rooms up stairs. Weather dry and warm. Saturday August 18th 1877. I went to town early this morning and got a basket of groceries. When I came home we girls finished the carpet before dinner. In the afternoon we made another and did some other work. Mother went to town and I got the supper. Mr Middleton and Mrs Pinney called here after supper. I had a letter from Winnie. Very warm. Sunday August 19th 1877. I wrote a letter to Winnie in the morning after we got the work done up. The boys went to church. After dinner I got ready and went down to Robinsons to see Ella who is sick When I came home I helped get supper over and went to bed early. Mother was over to Wildes a little while in the afternoon.
