Monday February 2- 1931 I worked on the rug most of the day. Had letters from Mrs Doyle and Aunt Emma. Hattie and Cora here late in the afternoon. I was down stairs later Tuesday February 3- 1931 I worked on the rug in A M. Cora came and took me up town I was at the bank and took a treatment at Dr Urbans. paid my bill came home by Bus Hattie here awhile. I worked on the rug in the evening. Wednesday February 4- 1931 Mary & [Ilo] came to take me to the church We stopped at The Light office and bought a lamp for Mary & myself. A nice day at the church. The girls came for me at 3.30 I went up in Otts office to look over papers and talk over business. Wrote Aunt Emma in the evening Thursday February 5- 1931 I worked on the rug. Hattie came early in PM. Rob left us at the picture show. She came home with me. I worked on the rug & read. Friday February 6- 1931 Storming this A M. Wrote Birdie & Mrs Falk. Rob brought Hattie early in PM and took us over to Childrens hospital for me to consult Dr Steindler The trouble is with arches in feet and poor circulation Back here by taxi. Ott called later. Rob came for Hattie. I finished the rug tonight
