Friday September 9- 1932. Winnie did some washing and I was ripping up a dress Laura gave me. The Whetstones took Mollie Stevens for an Auto trip today. I had long letter from Laura Weather pleasant. I read some Went to bed early. Saturday September 10- 1932. William took me up town to do some errands. I had just finished some ironing and Rob took me to Oxford with him. It was twelve oclock when I got back. Did some extra work and rested in PM. quite warm Sunday September 11- 1932. Ott took us to SS & Church and we went home with Hattie for the rest of the day. Rob & Cora away I wrote Ella Nagle & Emma Herriott in the evening Weather pleasant Ott gave me $50.00 from Will Murphy. Monday September 12- 1932. We were home all AM. I was busy about the house. letter from LeGrand. Mrs Gay took us out to Aunt Emmas in the PM. When she called for us Hattie was with her. Read in evening Tuesday September 18- 1932. I was home all day. Winnie up town in the AM. I put up peaches George Stevens brought me. rested in PM. Ida Anderson spent the evening here Weather delightful Wednesday September 14- 1932 I was busy about the house in AM and wrote LeGrand after dinner I read the papers and slept awhile Winnie up town for me. I read in evening and wrote to Ida. Ott got word she might come out soon.
