Saturday February 18th 1928 I put up the rest of curtains. In my AM mail was a letter from Ott Seibert with some of her Mother with it. Lizzie is very bad of and Emily has gone to her. I sent there letters to Mrs Wilson. Wrote Lizzie & Ott. Went up town in PM, did errands, got some shoes, letters from Mrs Falk & Fannie. wrote Hattie before supper. Sunday February 19th 1928 Went to S S & church with Ott stopped at home to get my dinner. Did some telephoning. wrote Mattie Stitt. went out to Old Ladies Home to call on Mrs Smith. Home by taxi, wrote Mattie Fletcher in evening. weather stormy. Monday February 20th 1928 I sewed some on the rug in AM. Ott here for dinner. I went up town to get money, was at The Mortuary where Will Hedges was before burial. Tishie was here in PM. I wrote Winnie and had letters from Maurice Reed & Hattie. Finished rug in evening. Father & Mother wedding day. Tuesday February 21st 1928 Did some washing and went over the house. Buddy here in AM. I was over there all PM. Wrote Maurice Reed, Mrs Falk, Will, LeGrand & Lydia. Mary & I go to S. U. I. play in evening. Wednesday February 22nd 1928 Was busy getting the house ready to leave and my things to pack. Reed Hedges, Jennie Sterritt & Cora were here in PM. Cora took my fur coat home with her. A drizzling day. Wrote Fannie before supper. Went up town in the evening to have Miss Klein fix my hair. Raining hard. Wrote Nellie, Miss Klein & Mrs [Bessin?] later.
