Sunday May 6th 1928 I went to S S & church. Ott called for me. I had dinner at home. Soon after The Andersons came and we went to Stevens and a long ride across the river and home. Anna Kleim spent evening here. Monday May 7th 1928 This is Dear Wills birthday. I was busy most of the forenoon answering Ott Seiberts letter coming in AM mail. After dinner went up town. Hattie came for supper. Then we went to picture show "The Last Command." Cora brought me home from the store. Read a little while. Tuesday May 8th 1928 I worked on a braided rug most of the day. Birdie Harris came in afternoon. I wrote to Mattie Stitt and Clara foster. Went to The Library and mail box. Fine day. Wednesday May 9th 1928 Cora called to ask me to come up for lunch as it was Hatties birthday. I rode up with Rob. Later her took us to Ida Andersons for the S S party. I stopped here at home. After supper up town and at Mrs Webbs till bed-time. Thursday May 10th 1928 Went up town for some things. Worked on my rug all day. To prayer meeting in evening with Andersons. Friday May 11th 1928 I was home all day working on rug. Mr Haster was up. I paid rent and have a chance at front Apt. Soon after supper went out to spend evening with Gertrude Smith. weather cool for time of year.
