Saturday, March 4, 1865. This day has been about as interesting (?) as they usually are on a Steamer, traveling alone. We had one pleasant variation, the Stewart sent us a plate of green apples, which were most acceptable. Much as I love traveling I think a few more weeks in this way would cure me, or at least put me in a fair way for convalescence
